You can connect external tools and services directly to your Mintlify project to add analytics, support chat, team notifications, and more. All integrations are managed from a single settings page, and most require only a few clicks to authorize and configure.
1

Open project settings

In the Mintlify dashboard, select your project, then click Settings in the left sidebar.
2

Browse available integrations

Navigate to the Integrations tab. You will see a list of supported services, including analytics providers, chat widgets, and notification tools.
3

Authorize the integration

Click the integration you want to add. Follow the OAuth or API key flow to grant Mintlify access. For API key integrations, paste the key into the provided field.
4

Configure and save

Set any integration-specific options, such as the tracking ID for analytics or the target channel for Slack. Click Save to activate the integration.

Common integrations

Connect Google Analytics to track page views, session duration, and reader engagement across your documentation. You will need a Google Analytics 4 Measurement ID to complete the connection.
Add an Intercom chat widget to your docs so readers can ask questions and get support without leaving the page. Requires your Intercom app ID.
Send automated notifications to a Slack channel when pages are published, updated, or when builds complete. You can choose which events to subscribe to during setup.
To disconnect an integration, return to the Integrations tab in project settings, find the connected service, and click Disconnect. This immediately stops data sharing and removes the integration from your project.
